Pixa Mobile App Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Pixa, a mobile application provided by Pixa ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the app.

2. User Accounts

To use Pixa, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from using Pixa for any unlawful purpose or engaging in any activity that could harm the app or other users. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its systems.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Pixa offers in-app purchases and subscriptions for premium features. Payments are processed through RevenueCat, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to abide by the payment terms provided at the point of purchase. All sales are final, and refunds will only be issued at our discretion or as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within Pixa, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Pixa and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content within the app without our explicit permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pixa and the materials in Pixa are provided on an 'as is' basis. To the extent permitted by law, Pixa makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property, or other violation of rights. In no event shall Pixa or its suppliers be liable for any consequential loss suffered or incurred by you or any third party arising from the use or inability to use Pixa or any other services provided by Pixa or the materials in Pixa, even if Pixa or an authorized representative has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage. In the context of this agreement, “consequential loss” includes any consequential loss, indirect loss, real or anticipated loss of profit, loss of benefit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of savings, loss of reputation, loss of use and/or loss or corruption of data, whether under statute, contract, equity, tort (including negligence), indemnity, or otherwise. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account or access to Pixa immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease, and we may delete any content or data associated with your account.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden in relation to any legal action or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these terms.
